(self-talk) Is it possible to have a mental disease by talking to oneself?
Self-talk, according to the health decision, is not a mental disease.
A person's self-talk is extremely essential. The words you say to yourself about how you feel and what you do are extremely essential.
The phrases 'I'll never be able to accomplish this,' 'I'm frustrated, and nothing works,' can erode your self-esteem and cause you to be negative about everything.
Self-talk is harmful to your mental health and social connections.
Control your ideas if you are a negative self-talker. It only takes three months to create a new habit, so think positively.
The benefits will be evident if you only utter good words to yourself, but if there is no one around you, it will be like talking to yourself, thus it will give you a mental boost.
Your ideas and words matter to you, which is why I teach youngsters to speak positively to themselves.
