How To Make Korean Bibimbap

The most popular food in Korea is bibimbap. It is the most well-known rice dish. Some refer to it as BibimBap.


Included materials

15 gram beef or pork (subtract)

1 and a half cans rice milk cooked rice

a little bunch of bean sprouts (rinse well with water)

1 egg 1 carrot [carrot] (cut lengthwise)

4 wild mushrooms (boiled in hot water and cut lengthwise)

1 cucmber [cucumber] (peeled and thinly sliced)

2 teaspoons Korean chili paste

1 bunch spring onion [spring onion] (chopped)

1 egg [egg]

Salad with shredded spinach or lettuce (thinly sliced)

1 tablespoon sesame [seasame seed]

2 tablespoons sesame oil [seasame oil]

sand [sand]

1 teaspoon sugar [sugar]


Cooking Instructions

1. Season the minced beef with salt (half a teaspoon). Soy sauce that is sweet (1 tablespoon), Sesame oil should be added (a little).

2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and heat until the steak is done. Also, preserve it.

3. Toss in the cucumber, carrot, and sesame oil (2 tablespoons). Alternately fry all of the dry mushrooms until they change color.

4. Add the bean sprouts to the saucepan of boiling water, season with salt, and cook for 3 minutes. I've recovered from the salt, so combine it with a little sesame oil.

Then, as shown in the photo, place the materials (rice, meat, bean sprouts, cucumbers, carrots, dry beans, lettuce, eggs) in a clay pot.

5. Flavoring with chili paste 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon salt (2 teaspoons), Stir in the sugar using a spoon.

6. After sampling the flavor, cover the clay pot and allow it to boil for 2 minutes before serving hot.

7. Some of them are cooked without breaking the egg and may be consumed cold.

8. Korean Bibimbap is now ready...
