How to make Korean bean noodles (Jjajangmyeon)




For those who enjoy bean noodles, here's how to prepare them easily at home. It is not incorrect if it is one of the dishes that many people who enjoy Korean cuisine enjoy. Most Myanmar folks now like Korean cuisine. Some of them work from home. I'll show you how to create bean noodles that you can enjoy at home.


Bean Noodle Ingredients

Pork - 4 tablespoons Korean bean paste (Choonjang)

4 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon shellfish oil

2 teaspoons corn flour

2 pieces onion

1 slice zucchini

2 slices Japanese cucumber - a little water - a few potatoes



How to Make Noodles from Beans


To begin, add oil to the pan. Finely chop an onion and sauté it in oil until it becomes red (you can only smell it). Remove the onion pulp and discard it. Then, over cold heat, add 4 tablespoons of Korean black bean paste and mix thoroughly. Then, using a spoon, remove the oil from the saucepan and place it in a basin. Then, add 2 tablespoons sugar to the bean mixture in the pan, stir thoroughly, and remove from heat. Pork should be cut into tiny pieces and fried in oil.



If the oil is running low, add additional and continue to cook. When the meat is soft, cut the vegetables (onion, zucchini, potato) into tiny pieces and combine them with the meat. 1 tablespoon snail oil is added. If you don't have corn flour (fried flour in the shape of a corn), use 2 spoons of another flour combined with 3 spoons of water. Finally, whisk in the oil-cooked Korean bean paste. Taste it after adding a little water. When the potatoes and fruits are tender, pour it over the boiled noodles and serve.



You may use any noodles you choose for the noodles, substitute chicken for the pork, or make it vegetarian without the meat.
